We received our ashes today at the start of our Lenten Journey. Canon Colm spoke to us about the 40 days that Jesus spent in the desert. He encouraged us to try to spend some personal time on the 3 traditions of Lent - Prayer, Fasting and Almsgiving in the 40 days ahead. Our Mini-Ministers led us in our prayers.
