School Routine

Morning Club/Afterschool Club

Parents/carers who avail of the Morning Club and/or Early Years’ Club should book and prepay in advance. This will provide our team with specific booking information to inform planning and preparation on a daily basis.

Please be aware that all bookings should be made via ParentPay no later than 12.00pm on the day before booking date.

School arrival

Children may arrive at school from 8.45am onwards, where they will be supervised by the teaching staff in their respective classrooms. The gates surrounding the playground will be opened by a member of staff before 8.45am.

All classes will begin at 9.00am. For children arriving after 9.00am, please enter the school via the front doors. A member of staff will assist the child/ren to their classroom.

End of the school day

Classes will be dismissed as follows:

Nursery: Mon-Fri 1.30pm

P1, P2: Mon-Thurs 2.00pm and Fri 1.30pm

P3: Mon-Thurs 2.00pm (Term1) and Fri 1.30pm

P4, P5, P6, P7: Mon-Thurs 3.00pm and Fri 2.00pm

The playground gates will be unlocked by a member of staff ten minutes before all P1-P3 finishing times.

In the interests of safeguarding, we kindly request that parents/carers leave the playground promptly at 2.00pm to allow senior classes and afterschool clubs to participate in outdoor learning.

There will be no dinners or buses on these days.

We would ask you to make alternative arrangements for your child on these days. Supervision will still be provided, starting at 8am.
