A huge congratulations to the 16 children from P6 who took part in the Sustrans National on-road cycle training. The children demonstrated great determination and team work over the 3 day course, which was highlighted and praised by the Sustrans instructors. Despite being out in very cold and wet weather the children completed different levels which involved preparing their bikes, maintaining control, dealing with traffic, turning and manoeuvreing, recognizing hazards, signaling and much, much more. They were definitely ready for a rest on Friday afternoon! Very well done to all of you!
