Francesca from Action Mental Health visited P4s to encourage us all to keep our minds and bodies healthy. We learned how to make a mind-jar to better manage our emotions and feelings. She showed us some breathing techniques which we can use to calm us down and help us deal with tricky situations. We learned so much from Francesca - thank you!
