This term the primary fives have been learning what they could do to help in a medical emergency. The children now have skills to help with serious bleeding, choking, suspected heart attack, an unconscious person and cardiac arrest. The primary fives finished their first aid course with a practical exploration of Annies with guidance from our school first aider Mr McCrory. The children really enjoyed all aspects of this course and we are thankful to Mr McCrory for his live demonstration today. Special thanks to Courtney from our canteen who was our patient in today’s scenario.
